Delete Your Account & Data

If you still have Vital installed, you can also start account deletion from inside the app:

• Open Vital and go to your Profile / Settings.
• Select Account, then choose Delete Account.
• Confirm the request. Your account and data will be scheduled for deletion.

If you can’t access the app for any reason, use the request form above — it achieves the same result.

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove the data tied to your account, including:

• Your account profile — name, email address, password, linked Google account, and profile photo.
• All reminders and events — birthdays, anniversaries, keep-in-touch contacts, and health routines.
• Your tasks and their schedules.
• Voice recordings you created and their transcriptions.
• Your app settings, push notification token, and time zone.

We also ask the service providers that process data on our behalf to delete it from their systems.

We may retain a limited amount of information where necessary for legal compliance, security, or fraud prevention — for example, records we are required by law to keep. Any such data is kept only for as long as needed and is then deleted.

We aim to process account deletion requests promptly, and in any case within 30 days of receiving your request. If we need to verify that you own the account before deleting it, we may contact you at the email address you provide.
